For the holiday season, we rolled out Mission pajama pants. Available in both youth and adult sizes, these make GREAT holiday gifts. In order to ensure a pre-holiday delivery, orders must be placed by Friday, November 30. And don’t forget, PTA members receive 10% off all Missionwear. Shop at missionpta.org.
Book Fair
This wonderful holiday shopping opportunity will be at Mission Avenue from December 3 – 7. You can bring the joy and excitement of reading to your child while raising funds for our school.
Amazon Smile; You shop, we earn!
Do you shop on AMAZON? Well…now every time you place an order, you can raise money for our school. To use Amazon Smile: log in as you would normally, designate Mission Avenue Open Elementary PTA as the group you are supporting and then proceed with your order. It’s that simple. Just remember to go to smile.amazon.com EVERY TIME you shop with Amazon. To make it easier, just bookmark the page when you get there through our icon link and add it to your toolbar. $231.72 raised for Mission Avenue in the last year.
Shutterfly and Tiny Prints
Raise money for Mission Avenue just by shopping with Shutterfly and Tiny Prints. For every purchase placed at missionpta.ShutterflyStorefront.com Shutterfly will donate 13% to Mission Avenue. You can still use any promo’s that are being advertised on the Shutterfly site. Also, look for the “Shutterfly freebie fliers” that were just sent home in Lifetouch photo packages.
E-waste
Are you getting new technology this holiday season? You can donate your old technology through e-waste and our school will receive money back. If only takes a few minutes to fill out the pick-up request form and please select “Mission Avenue Open school” to receive credit for your donation. Once a form is submitted, an eWaste4good representative will contact you and schedule a pickup day. Easy!
BoxTops
Clip and save those Box Tops – each one is worth 10¢ for our school! Please turn Box Tops into the library with your child’s name and teacher’s name. For every 20 box tops your child turns in, they will be entered into a drawing for a monthly prize. This year we are currently at $290.30. Help us reach our goal of $1000.
